Here’s what you need to know and why you should have your own broker.

Read (1) Keep it by your beside. Memorize it. It’s your new bible!  Fill out and send back (2) & (3) and we’ll be ready to roll!

2  The Search criteria form will convey details important for your search. Everything from how you will use your boat, to how far you’re willing to travel in your search.

3  The pre-approval form. This is a self check. No credit report is run. No SS # necessary. This is just a 5-10 minute form you fill out that reports instantly on the ratios and criteria the bank will look at to approve you for financing. In effect, you pretty much know in advance what to expect. You don’t send it anywhere, unless you want me to make suggestions.
