Olivier officially joined the ACY team on September 12 and is looking forward to his new role. He said, “I will manage the commissioning team to allow Ken Krasko, Technical Director, more time to focus on helping our new owners with the ordering process. My goal is to bring all my experience to the whole team to help them with their work, facilitate their understanding of the technique, and at the same time set up a global process to simplify and improve the customer experience/satisfaction.”
